No. We use an annual contract (12 months). Monthly payments are installments toward the annual commitment.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time; proration applies. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current term.
Your plan auto-renews for another 12 months unless you cancel with notice before the renewal date.
