Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MenuMingle, Inc. (“MenuMingle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit menumingle.com, request a demo, use our restaurant products and services, or otherwise interact with us.
Questions about this policy: email hello@menumingle.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Demo and contact forms — name, email, restaurant or company name, role, location count, and any message you send.
- Account and operator data — credentials, profile details, billing contacts, and restaurant configuration when you use our portal or related services.
- Content you upload — menu items, media, branding, and other materials you submit to operate the service.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Product analytics — engagement signals from guest menu experiences and operator tools (for example, views and interactions), used to provide and improve the service for restaurant customers.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve MenuMingle products and the marketing site.
- Respond to demos, sales inquiries, and support requests.
- Send transactional and (where permitted) product or marketing communications.
- Measure site and product performance, including analytics and security monitoring.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics, CRM, payments), under contractual confidentiality and use limits.
- Restaurant customers when you interact with their MenuMingle-powered experience — that restaurant is typically the controller of guest/menu interaction data for their locations.
- Professional advisors and authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Successors in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or equivalent protections.
4. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Demo leads and marketing contacts are retained until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer relevant, unless we must keep them longer by law.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@menumingle.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in those messages.
7. Children
Our services are directed to restaurants and adult business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
8. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
